EasyDiag US-Euro App Reviews

The app and the scanner are junk. Constantly updating firmware and reinitializing it. When I need it to work it hardly ever does. Have to close unplug and restart constantly. Next to no app support and trying to email issues gets no replies. Waste of $75.

I cant deal with this anymore as it seems like it never wants to work when I need it and just when I think its working the app crashes. I dont know what they are doing but it does not seem like they want to fix these issue!

Absolute trash, completely worthless. Its the second product Ive purchased from this company that fails miserably to deliver. It will also be the last.

No live data or vehicle support

Pleasantly surprised at the data and actuation capabilities. Took some time on my own playing with it to understand how to navigate. Very impressive once I got comfortable. First car I used it on was a SL 500 AMG with suspension issues. Couldnt believe the data available. Im totally happy with it

Paid extra for certain makes under the impression it can do things the things it said it could do such as clearing adaptation values and etc. come to find out its not a bi-directional scanner at all like it says. Basically a waste of money at this point.

Do not buy this product! Only works sometimes

it logged me out and now it said my email doesnt exist no live data no previous codes for $120 i could have gotta one 10X better at a auto parts store and it would come to better use!

I lost my import coverage with the update.

Cant even get anything to work ! Non of my gm or dodge dealers or even basic obd2

Lost access to the Asian import cars. I use Honda and Nissan often. Now this thing is practically useless to me. Not to mention those are softwares that I bought and now have no access to.

I read all the poor reviews with this thing but I think it does a good job. I just use the free EOBD and its not only accurate but tells me when something is wrong. I drive a ton and think this is pretty helpful. I hope that doesnt change.

I have not used this tool for a few years. Im pleased that after resetting my password that my EasyDiag unit was recognized and the app worked flawlessly. This reader can access most vehicle systems and at least read and clear codes. Most basic code readers can only read and clear emissions related codes.

Anybody complaining about losing access to Asian car diagnosis didnt take the time to read the update or search for a solution. Look up "EasyDiagAsia" or tap on the app name at the top to go to a list of other apps by this developer and find the Asia app on the list. Its free and works the same as the US-Euro one. They split them up into two separate apps.....Now you may continue your regularly scheduled angry reviews...
