Junk since update, all files I paid for are gone, used to work fine, now wont even recognize its own drivers, usless

In order for this to work you buy the software package for your vehicle. Heres the catch that apparently I missed. Its an ANNUAL SUBSCRPTION. After my subscription expired and realized the error of my ways I found that the whole thing no longer works. Its supposed to work "they say". The previous versions of the software dont even list my vehicle any more. JUST DONT.

Dear developer, I think that is not news to you that the program does not work on iOS 8, the program and access to make machines are not small money, not error correction puts an end to your programs in the future. Practise the money and Ispravte errors. Уважаемые разработчик, думаю что для Вас не новость что программа не работает на iOS 8, программа и доступ к маркам машин стоят не малых денег, не исправление ошибки ставит крест на ваших программах в будущем. Отработайте полученные деньги и Исправте ошибки.

I just bought the adapter and Chrysler program. It doesnt work. Freezes, crashes, errors in every step. And no main CAN gateway in the module list: FCM or TIPM. My question is: what I paid for??? iPhone 5S, iOS 8.1.2 Still doesnt work.

This app has not updated already a year!Developers have a conscience!By email not answered!Completely absent any feedback and support customers.

Doesnt function with Mercedes, cannot clear dtc, doesnt see any dtc while check engine flashes. Not worth a cent from its price.

At last update this thing lost all free functions. I hate this plastic thing.

CANT GET DEVICE REGISTERED DO NOT MESS WITH THIS!!

The app has a few bugs but works amazing when it does. Im impressed, we have an $9k scan tool at work that cant access all the modules that this program can. Well worth the money even if the current version has a few bugs. Keeps getting better every update. Very impressive for the money.

Was working great till ios8 update. Now kinda buggy, but in time itll work great again.

But after using 3 months it now just sits and tries to read data. This has occurred on 4 different cars now. I dont think they support iPhone 5 or latest OS update. Cant get any update to match iPhone

This app worked great before the iOS 8 update but now the app closes before it gives me a report of my vehicle. This app needs to be updated to run ios8.

I love the easy diag. With the purchase of software for your make, and obd Bluetooth head you can read and clear faults and see live data. Please fix it though, wont work after app update. Cant read or clear faults. Wont work with ios8 please keep updating the software weekly like most other apps. The user name wont save any more. Was able to downgrade back to iOS 7 just so I can use this app. Please add service functions like steering angle calibrations and output functions. Ill pay double for that software!

I use this app on the previous occasion the first time worked great. Second time worked but could not send the report to my email address as was the case first. After updating to iSO 8 as is reported by others just stops working. The support web site is not helpful.

After trying for days and sifting through Chinese forums, I have given up. Device is registered, and followed instructions to the letter, but says "sorry, it has not been authorized." Do not waste your money.

I also have problems with the app crashing non stop after iOS 8 update. App needs to be updated!!

Please update the app and fix the crashing.

Worked great the couple times I used it. After ISO 8 nothing, customer support is junk got one email to delete and reinstall app didnt work. Still waiting on customer support 24 hr turn a round time been waiting over a week now. Dont get till fixed!!!
